Available Positions
We have openings in the following unskilled roles across Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Alberta:
1. Farm Laborer
- Assisting in planting, cultivating, irrigating, and harvesting crops
- Operating basic farm machinery and tools
- Feeding and caring for livestock
- Cleaning barns, pens, and machinery
2. Food Processing Worker
- Cutting, sorting, and packing food products (meat, poultry, vegetables)
- Operating processing machines and tools
- Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness of workstations
- Working in cold storage environments
3. Factory Helper
- Assembling or packaging products
- Monitoring production lines
- Performing quality control checks
- Lifting and moving raw materials
4. Construction Laborer
- Site cleanup and debris removal
- Assisting carpenters and tradesmen
- Operating basic hand and power tools
- Loading and unloading construction materials
5. Janitorial/Cleaning Staff
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming public and private spaces
- Emptying trash bins and replacing liners
- Sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces
- Reporting maintenance issues
Eligibility Criteria
You do not need a university degree or prior experience in Canada to apply. However, you must meet the following basic requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- Age: 18 to 50 years old
- Basic English communication skills (IELTS not required, but a plus)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Clean criminal record
- Valid passport (minimum one year validity)
- Willingness to relocate to Canada and follow all immigration guidelines
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- High school diploma
- Any previous experience in general labor, agriculture, cleaning, or factory work
- Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends

Salary and Benefits
The compensation depends on the role and employer location, but typical pay ranges between:
- Hourly Wage: $15.50 – $20.00 CAD/hour
- Weekly Hours: 30 to 50 hours/week (including overtime pay where applicable)
