Delta Workforce is seeking reliable and physically capable individuals for seasonal, part-time dock removal work in Glen Arbor, MI, on behalf of our client. This role involves hands-on labor in outdoor conditions, primarily on Big Glen and Little Glen Lakes, with a focus on delivering quality service during the dock season.
Job Details
- Position: Dock Worker (Seasonal, Part-Time)
- Location: 4323 W. Burdickville, Glen Lake, MI
- Start Date: September 8, 2025
- Duration: September through December 2025
- Work Schedule: 3–5 days per week, typically Monday through Friday
- Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (may start at 9:00 AM in colder weather for comfort)
- Wage: $20/hour
- Start Date: September 8th
Responsibilities
- Assist in the removal of docks at Big Glen and Little Glen Lakes
- Carry and maneuver heavy equipment, including hoists, up to 100 pounds, sometimes over distances of up to 100 yards
- Perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions (work may be called off due to rain or high winds)
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently
- Potential for additional work with the client’s property management company, depending on availability and performance

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
