Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary Certificate) or any graduate.

  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

  • Good problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.

  • Calm, patient, and empathetic personality.

  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to call center protocols.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours available.

  • Shifts may vary between Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts.

  • Both Full-Time and Part-Time options available.

  • Weekend shifts may be required based on process needs.

  • Comfortable with technology, including VoIP calling tools and CRM platforms.
