Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking energetic, articulate, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Executives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing professional support via phone calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.

Address inquiries regarding products, services, orders, billing, and general support.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics and call targets.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in spoken and written English and/or regional languages.

Ability to handle pressure and meet performance targets.

Comfortable working independently and in a virtual environment.

Good computer literacy – familiar with CRM systems, MS Office, or call center software.
Experience

Prior experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service role is an added advantage.
