Bay Area Recycling for Community (BARC) is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to recycling, sustainability, and building a cleaner, greener community. We are looking for a dependable CDL-A Driver to join our team and support our recycling and hauling operations.
Position Details
* Full-time, year-round employment
* Local & regional routes (home daily or most nights)
* Monday-Friday schedule (occasional weekends)
* Competitive pay based on experience
Responsibilities
* Safely operate CDL-A trucks to transport recyclables and materials
* Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety policies
* Perform basic vehicle inspections and keep accurate driver logs
* Assist with loading/unloading as needed
* Represent BARC professionally within the community
Qualifications
* Valid Class A CDL
* Clean driving record
* Minimum 1 year of driving experience preferred
* Strong commitment to safety
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
