Skills Provision is searching for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a thriving business in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The hiring company is a privately owned investment firm dedicated to developing innovative, successful ventures, across a range of sectors, including education, food and beverage, and construction.
A work permit is available for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement accounting procedures that align with the overarching objectives of the holding company.
- Supervise the preparation and dissemination of financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the Board of Directors, shareholders, and senior corporate officers.
- Lead the development of budgetary frameworks and cost control measures.
- Analyse financial reports, market trends, and growth opportunities, with a focus on investments, working capital optimisation, and capital expenditure planning.
- Oversee cash flow management and forecasting, establishing a robust cash control system and reporting structure.
- Direct the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and the Board’s finance committee to evaluate and implement necessary adjustments.
- Provide leadership to the finance team by setting performance objectives, conducting evaluations, and promoting continuous professional development.
- Engage with external stakeholders to communicate the organisation’s financial performance, strategic initiatives, and long-term fiscal outlook.
Requirements
- Hold a Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Recognised professional certifications (e.g. CPA) is highly advantageous.
- A minimum of seven years’ experience within a Big Four firm or a reputable consultancy. Prior involvement in financial management within the real estate sector is considered beneficial.
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks, financial reporting obligations, and consolidation procedures, with proficiency in IFRS accounting standards.
- Exhibit advanced financial analysis capabilities, with particular expertise in evaluating liquidity, solvency, and profitability.
- Proven success in establishing rigorous accounting standards, shaping financial strategy, and overseeing detailed budgeting processes.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
