Janitor Needed – Residential Building (Midtown Manhattan)

We’re a local property management company hiring a full-time Janitor for a residential building in Midtown. We need someone reliable to help keep the property clean, safe, and presentable for residents.
**Job Duties:**
* Clean lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and other shared areas daily
* Take out trash and recycling
* Clean windows, polish surfaces, restock supplies
* Report maintenance or safety issues
* Occasionally assist with resident needs or events
**Requirements:**
* Janitorial or cleaning experience (residential/hotel preferred)
* Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
* Physically active job – must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
* Must pass a background check
