Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Provide product and service information, including order status, delivery details, and troubleshooting.

  • Maintain customer satisfaction by offering practical solutions, following up on unresolved issues, and ensuring first-call resolution whenever possible.

  • Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.

  • Document and track customer interactions accurately using our CRM system.

  • Stay up-to-date with product updates, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.

  • Identify trends in customer feedback and contribute to improving our service offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle a variety of inquiries simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with using customer service software, including CRM platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Technical proficiency, including the ability to troubleshoot basic issues related to products or services.

  • Strong internet connection and a quiet, dedicated work environment.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer support role.

  • Experience in an e-commerce environment or with Amazons services is a plus, though not required.

  • Experience in handling high-volume customer interactions, including both inbound and outbound communication.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, remote.

  • Flexible work hours, with availability to work across multiple shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Must be available to work in a fast-paced, virtual environment with set performance metrics.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

  • Ability to adapt to a wide range of customer behaviors and needs.
