The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience and an interest in digital health, virtual reality therapy, private practice and a passion for ongoing professional development. Combine your clinical expertise with the latest in digital health innovation!About You:We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Physiotherapist who:
- Holds a tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and full AHPRA registration (with no restrictions) as a Physiotherapist,
- Located in Australia with full working rights.
- Has 3+ years’ experience, working across age groups from 10 years to older adults.
- Has previous experience with telehealth
- Has a keen interest in digital health, virtual reality therapy, and emerging technologies.
- Thrives in a remote work environment, with an appropriate home office setup that includes high-speed internet and experience with telehealth platforms.
- Has excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to professional standards.
- Understands the NDIS framework and can tailor therapy to meet individual patient needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform initial and ongoing therapy evaluations according to standards of practice and assess whether the patient is appropriate for the program
- Develop a plan for remote monitoring and training plan based on initial and ongoing evaluations.
- Monitor patient performance and adjust the training plan according to progress and data analytics
- Follow up/re-evaluation/discharge according to patient progress and data analytics
- Setting goals to improve in the areas that are scaled to patient abilities and realistically attainable
- Document patient progress according to standards
- Send full progress report to the referring physician if/when required
- Develop a plan for patients following completion of the program
