Job description: Acclaimed Workforce is seeking reliable and motivated Production / Factory Assistants to join our client – a leading manufacturer of high-quality liquid fertilisers.What you’ll be doing:
- Operating and monitoring production equipment safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading raw materials using forklifts (current licence required)
- Handling and transferring liquids using pumps, valves, and PLC interface
- Maintaining accurate production records and following SOPs
- Assisting with basic maintenance tasks as directed
- Ensuring strict compliance with safety and hygiene protocols
What we’re looking for:
- Current Forklift Licence (essential)
- Physically fit, able to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions, read and write clearly, and perform basic maths
- Safety-focused, reliable, and a positive team player
- Experience in manufacturing, winery, or chemical handling environments (desirable)
- Heavy Rigid Licence (advantageous but not essential)
What’s on offer:
- $30.35 per hour(including casual loading)
- Shifts can be Monday to Friday (standard 6:30am–4:00pm; extended during peak periods)
- Training provided to ensure safety and compliance
