Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth and efficient operations within the duty-free area.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts.
Implement and enforce security and safety protocols.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall airport operations.

Education and Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the retail or duty-free industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of airport retail operations is an advantage.
