Job Overview:
Small family construction company seeking a flexible office assistant. Must be organized, personable, and a good multitasker. Must have strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quickbooks. Should be familiar with Excel spreadsheets, data entry, billing, and filing. Looking for someone who is flexible with hours. Casual & friendly work environment.
Duties include but not limited to the following:
Answering Phones
Filing
Typing / Emailing Estimates
Booking Appointments
General Office Duties
Requirements:
Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Quickbooks.
