Rize Beauty Studio is a brow, lash, makeup & hair removal studio, looking to rent out a private room to a passionate licensed beauty or wellness professional who may offer any of the following: Permanent Makeup, Tattoo, Spray Tan/Makeup, Nails, Massage/Holistic/Healing Therapist.
**Promo rate for first 3 months to help with moving in and transitioning your business- $350 per week. After, rate will adjust to $400 week. Monthly or long term contract terms available.
This is a room rental opportunity therefore you must possess your own insurance, licenses and stay up to date with state and training requirements. You will manage your own bookings, client consultations and taking payments.
Must have at least a year experience in the field with verifiable references, have a presentable website or booking site, positive reviews, client portfolio and social media following (it’s ok if it’s still growing!)
