Shift Leader
We are looking for a Team Member to join our fast-paced and customer-oriented Wingstop restaurant. Wingstop’s mission is to serve the world flavor. As a Shift Leader with Wingstop, an individual will supervise the operations of a shift to ensure that food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and company standards are maintained. This includes working as a cashier or cook position while supervising staff. Exceptional customer service and teamwork are a must.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member, as a cashier or cook
- Ensure that each Guest receives outstanding service by providing a Guest-friendly environment
- Manage and motivate all other crew members
- Ensure appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained
- Resolve customer issues with efficiency and a good attitude
- Leave customer with a positive, long-lasting impression of their WINGSTOP experience
