Job description: – Manage overall small warehouse layout and optimise space for efficient product storage and movement
– Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, ensuring proper handling.
– Coordinate order preparation, picking, and packing according to customer requirements.
– Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods in coordination with delivery schedules.
– Drive and operate a high-reach forklift safely for pallet storage and retrieval. Also Assist in loading and unloading goods into the truck.
– Assist in container unpacking, ensuring all goods are checked, sorted, and stored properly.
– Accurately label and store products according to batch/lot numbers and Best Before Dates (BBD).
– Perform regular stock rotation and adhere to FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
– Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse to meet hygiene and safety standards.
– Support in weekly stock takes and report discrepancies.
– Report damaged or contaminated goods immediately and assist in quality checks.
– Handle pallet exchange and maintain accurate records (CHEP/LOSCAM where applicable).
– Prepare delivery paperwork such as consignment notes and pallet transfer documents.
– Work collaboratively with the operations team to meet delivery deadlines.

– Reliable and can work Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm
– Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling, able to lift up to 25kgs
– Comfortable working with computers and communicating clearly.
