Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Graduation preferred.

  • Proficient in spoken and written English and/or Hindi (regional languages a plus).

  • Basic computer literacy and ability to work with MS Office and call center software.

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle irate customers professionally.


Experience


Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours (Full-time: 8 hours/day; Part-time: 4–6 hours/day).

  • Rotational shifts and weekend availability may be required, depending on the campaign.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

  • Time management and self-discipline, especially in a remote work setup.

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools is desirable but not mandatory.

  • Ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment.
